You have to wonder what is wrong with a guy who just can’t control himself around girls.
And we are not talking about mature women in this case. It’s some obsession with young girls. Anyone watching can see these poor girls are uncomfortable with his touching. But they must have been told they need to tolerate it, if mom or dad wants to collect their big payout as member of the elite social(ist) class.
Of course, he doesn’t discriminate… adult women are viable targets too.
